How to use the Pharvet on-line ordering site.

Sign in using the Login details given to you by Pharvet – if you have not yet received these details – please call the Pharvet Office.

NOTE: Your User Name must be your valid e-mail address because your order confirmation will be sent to you using this e-mail account – if this changes you must advise Pharvet.

After you login – the prices displayed will be specific to your account.

Browse through the site and add quantities to all of the products you want to order – you can review your list at any time and edit your order before proceeding to checkout.

The first time you checkout you will need to fill in both your invoicing details and your delivery address. The next time you login, the system will remember these.

Click on Complete Order and your order will be sent to Pharvet for processing – you will receive a confirmation e-mail direct to your inbox.

Public access – if you are not a Pharvet account holder you can still order from this site – full on-line credit card payment facilities are coming soon – meantime if you want to complete an order – simply login, create a user name and password (the user name MUST be your valid e-mail address) and complete your order – you can either forward payment by cheque or call the Pharvet office with your Order Confirmation (which will be e-mailed to you) and pay by credit card.
